"Population" is an Issue that is of great concern to the Survival of the Nations of the World... and indeed to Life on Planet Earth Itself!

What seems of the most pressing concern for the 21st Century is "Over Population"... and while this is unequivocally True... there are instances where "Under Population" presents a real problem for survival of various Communities and Societies. For this reason, it is important that we consider and understand "Population" itself as a Social Phenomena and how the effects of Over or Under Population effect the Interests and Health of a Community, Society, Nation, Race or World Ecosystem.

Obviously, of paramount concern at this time in history is the Overpopulation of Planet Earth... and the Consequences to Humanity, the Animal Kingdom and all Higher Forms of Life.

The Reality of the situation is Stark: The Global Rate of Growth of the Human Population is exceeding the threshold of the Planet's Ability to Sustain Itself and to Adequately provide for Everyone in a Basic Humane way.
